ICON Secure Storage was created in 2007 by President, Dustin J. DeNunzio. ICON is a sister company to U-STOR Self-Storage, which has been a leader in the self-storage industry for over 30 years.

U-STOR was begun by Peter V. DeNunzio, when he opened his first facility, U-STOR East, in 1978 in the greater Tampa, FL area. Since then, he has opened and operated 27 U-STOR facilities.

In 1980, Cyndi DeNunzio joined the U-STOR team to head up U-STOR Management Corporation, which is focused on the management of all of the U-STOR and ICON locations, as well as select third party self-storage facilities.

Since U-STOR’s infancy, it has shown continued and proven success in a competitive industry. ICON Secure Storage continues the U-STOR success in order to meet the objectives of its customers, investors, and community partners.
